By using PrivateExcelChat you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
PrivateExcelChat provides free private AI chat for Excel and CSV files. Features may change. Production marketing may remain gated (“Coming soon”) until we enable ads and complete launch requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload files you have the right to process
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or highly sensitive personal data you should not share with an AI service
- Do not abuse rate limits, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse engineer systems beyond normal use
AI answers
Answers are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Always verify important results against your source spreadsheet.
Session data
Spreadsheet data is held for your session and then deleted on clear, leave/refresh, or idle timeout. Support tickets you submit may be retained so we can improve the product.
Ads and free access
The free tier may be funded by ads. Placeholder ad slots may appear before a live ad network is connected. Paid plans, if offered later, will have separate terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PrivateExcelChat is not liable for lost data, inaccurate answers, or damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
